SOS is taking through the whole recruitment process step by step and will not allow to book new recruit until full compliance is met - so it’s impossible to miss anything!
First of all, new applicants will need to create a log in on SOS website and then they will be able to send a job application and book an interview online. Once it is done, the system administrator will receive a request and approve selected interview day and time. All original documents received on interview or after will be logged on and scanned on the system with their expiry dates if applicable. Training dates, vaccinations, qualifications will also be recorded on the candidate’s profile and once all details are received, the candidate is ready to be booked for the first shift!
