SOS guarantees full legal compliance.
SOS system is equipped to make sure new staff members documents and information are added appropriately with expiring dates and ticks all boxes once all is provided in recruitment process. It will identify and differentiate individual staff if they have not fully completed recruitment process or if they non-compliant and will not allow to make a booking. At the same time the system will notify when the documents, trainings and qualifications are due to expire. The notifications about it will be sent to system administrator for awareness as well and the staff to remind that those certain compliancy issues are needed to be solved in time.
