Invoicing
All you need to prepare invoices is to choose the clients and associated timesheets. Chosen timesheets with particular shifts will be added to the invoice to be paid. Amount of hours, VAT, rates will be totalled and anything extra like expenses, discounts or manager fees can be also added if necessary. Drafts invoices can still be corrected at this stage and once the final invoice is created only needs to be confirmed by last click to be send to the clients to be paid.
There is also an option to see the history of all created invoices in date order and their status. All created invoices can be converted to pdf and printed or sent to a client directly through the mobile application.
When doing payroll with SOS, there are only a few simple steps to follow in order to successfully complete and get the report over to HMRC. Simply add in any manual payments and/or deductions that you need to add for each staff member. Tax and NI will be automatically deducted.
Payslips/staff invoices are created automatically and available to check that they are correct before sending across to staff members straight through the mobile application. SOS’s payroll system also features a lot of reports regarding payroll. This includes intermediary report, BACs report, P45's, P60's and others required.
